The hotel had excellent facilities, including clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was polite, friendly, and provided great service. They spoke English well and were patient with non-German speakers like myself. Parking was ample and convenient. The hotel's location was convenient for our travels, and transportation options were easily accessible. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.
It was all superb.

The staff was friendly and polite. The rooms were clean and there was plenty of parking available. the hotel was located in a convenient location for us to stop on our way to our final destination.
The rooms felt a bit outdated and some of the furnishings could use an update. the mattresses were not very supportive and left me with a sore back in the morning.

the key location of the hotel was great - it's in a perfect location with plenty of parking. the staff were all polite and friendly, which made a great first impression. One advantage was that the room was kept clean and tidy during my entire stay.
I can't sugarcoat it, but there were definitely some major downsides to my experience. the room felt outdated and in dire need of some modernization.
